We had been researching cattle for about three years thinking we would just put a few out on our 200 acres and enjoy them from the deck and maybe someday enjoy a home grown steak and maybe a burger or two. Now it appears that relaxed view of cattle ranching has all changed with the exciting world of 100% fullblood Wagyu. We have learned alot and continue to learn and grow on a daily basis.
With the help of our New Mexico neighbors at Lone Mountian and Lone Antler Ranch the journey has been a quick one. One thing we have learned forsure is that aquring some of the very best genetics to achieve some of the highest "Above Prime" quality meat has become Mountain View Wagyu's Mission as well.
